Lynn Knapik Broker Owner Lynn Knapik Real Estate LLC Lynn Knapik, born in Berkeley, CA, raised in Houston, TX, has spent most of her adult life in San Antonio having moved here in 1972. Although she lived in Dallas from 1998-2000, she definitely calls San Antonio home. She is the mother of two grown sons (one of whom is married) and LaLa to one terrific grandson. Lynn has been in sales for as long as she can remember; starting with J.C. Penney’s when she was 15 years old. Short stints as a secretary and a certificated paralegal never quite filled the need to work with people – helping them meet their needs and reach their goals as she did in her 21 years with Home Interiors and Gifts as she recruited and trained hundreds and hundreds of women to sell and serve the decorating needs of their customers. Three years in the home remodeling business finally led Lynn to a career in real estate sales. The idea was there for years and finally she acted on it becoming licensed in August 2004. In July 2008 she earned her broker’s license and started Lynn Knapik Real Estate LLC in February 2009. Lynn holds the GRI designation and e-Pro certification. She has served on the Realtor® Image Committee at SABOR for 2008 and is the Vice Chair of that committee for 2009. Serving on the Communications Committee as well as participating in the Texas Realtors Leadership Program are also important parts of her 2009 participation at SABOR. Lynn also served for eight years as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) and currently serves on Voices for Children as community service.
